Raised in Albion, Michigan, Erica embarked on a journey of self-reliance to Montgomery, AL, at the age of 24, determined to carve out a better life for herself and her two daughters. Despite facing numerous obstacles along the way, she remained undeterred in her pursuit of success.

Driven by her passion for accounting, Erica pursued higher education, earning an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Administration, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management. Building upon this foundation, Erica became an IRS Enrolled Agent.

With over 24 years of experience in Tax, Audit, & Accounting, including a 15 year tenure as an IRS Revenue Agent in the Small Business & Self-Employed Division of the IRS, Erica possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of tax compliance and financial management. She has examined individual and business tax returns across various industries, ranging from modest earnings to upper $60 million in revenues. Erica brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She has witnessed firsthand the costly mistakes entrepreneurs encounter. Drawing on her experience as a former IRS Revenue Agent, she is uniquely positioned to guide entrepreneurs through IRS challenges.

When she's not trying to save the world, Erica loves spending time with her grandson, visiting Michigan to spend time with family, and striking out on solo travel experiences.
